Members should make a reasonable effort to read guides, profiles, and announcements, ask questions when unsure, and use the appropriate channels for discussion and concerns.
Misinformation, public arguments over moderation, or spreading conflict only weakens the community as a whole.

Respect for staff decisions is expected, even when clarification or disagreement is needed.
Concerns should be addressed privately and calmly through the proper channels.
Staff and helpers are here to guide, support, and maintain balance, not to dominate or intimidate.
